Fire Risk Assessment

Fire Risk Assessment

A fire risk assessment is the systemic review of fire hazards, identification of a likelihood of a fire and consequences if one were to occur.

What is included in the fire risk assessment?

An assessor visits your premises to physically see and evaluate your fire risk and safety hazards to both people and premise.

A physical inspection is undertaken, all notes are documented and presented in the form of a written fire risk assessment report for your records.

The report will also present a prioritised action plan in relation to minimising fire risk for both premises and people.

The report should be reviewed and maintained on a regular basis by your chosen on-site responsible person and regularly reviewed by a trained assessor to ensure current legislation is being adhered to.
